Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During high-demand periods or product launches, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Pre-Orders Pre-order items have an estimated dispatch timeframe listed on the product page. These timeframes are estimates and may be subject to change. You will be notified of any significant delays.

International Shipping We ship internationally to select countries. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country. DEUCE is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Tracking All orders include tracking. Your tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Lost or Delayed Parcels If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at deucecultureau@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
