At DEUCE, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. We do not accept returns on items that show signs of use.
To initiate a return, contact us at deucecultureau@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at deucecultureau@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will cover return shipping and arrange a replacement or full refund.
Sale Items Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.
Pre-Orders Pre-order items are not eligible for cancellation or refund once placed, as these are produced to order. If a pre-order item arrives faulty, the standard faulty item policy applies.
