Where do you ship? We ship Australia-wide and internationally to select countries. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

How long does delivery take? Australian orders: 3–7 business days for standard, 1–3 business days for express. International orders: 7–21 business days depending on destination.

How much is shipping? Standard shipping is $11 AUD. Express is $15 AUD. Free standard shipping on orders over $100 AUD.

Can I return my order? Yes. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unused, unworn items in original packaging. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Do you offer exchanges? We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different colourway, simply return your original order and place a new one.

What is a pre-order? Pre-order items are produced after purchase. Your card is charged at checkout and your order is dispatched once production is complete. Estimated timeframes are listed on each product page.

Can I cancel a pre-order? Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed as items are produced to order. If your item arrives faulty, our standard returns policy applies.

How do I track my order? You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do? Contact us at deucecultureau@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll sort it out.
